She achieved notoriety in 1993 with the victory in the category New Proposals at the Festival di Sanremo.<br \/>\nDuring his career he has also sung in Spanish, Portuguese, English and French.<br \/>\nIt is one of the most popular Italian singers, and is currently the most popular on the international level, especially in Latin America and Europe.<br \/>\nHe has sold over 50 million records worldwide in just 16 years of career.<br \/>\nIn November 2005 he won the Latin Grammy Award for best female pop album with Escucha.<br \/>\nOn 8 February 2006 she was awarded the Grammy Award, recognizing the international music considered equivalent to the Oscar film awards.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-794\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/cd.jpg\" alt=\"cd\" width=\"240\" height=\"148\" \/><br \/>\nOn 8 November 2007 she won for the second time the Latin Grammy for best female pop album with \u201cIo canto\u201d.<br \/>\nIn 2006 she was awarded the title of Commendatore della Repubblica Italiana.<br \/>\nHes World Tour 2009 &#8220;Primavera in Anticipo\u201d (Spring in advance) began March 5 in Turin and one of the dates for the summer tour is July 11 in Campania, and precisely at the Mostra d&#8217;Oltremare in Naples.<br \/>\nThe concert offers for the presentation of the new album &#8220;Primavera in Anticipo &#8221; released November 14, starting with the first single extract \u201cInvece No&#8217; and then moving to songs that have decreed the success of this artist, such as &#8216;Strani Amori&#8217; and &#8216;Gente&#8217;. In just sixteen years the singer has reached high levels: just think that she was the first woman to hold a concert in the San Siro Stadium (2 June 2007).<br \/>\nIn his latest work there is an interest in social issues, an example is the song \u201cSorella Terra\u201d wishing to attract the attention on environmental issues. The song is followed by a video that actually shows the damage that man has caused to nature.<!--more--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-795\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/prima8.jpg\" alt=\"prima8\" width=\"450\" height=\"299\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/prima8.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/prima8-300x199.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><br \/>\nAmong the new songs presented there are &#8216;Bellissimo cos\u00ec&#8217;, &#8216;Un fatto ovvio&#8217;, &#8216;Nel modo pi\u00f9 sincero che c&#8217;\u00e8&#8217; and of course the song that gives the title to his new cd &#8216;Primavera in anticipo&#8217;. To close the concert there is the song &#8216;La Solitudine&#8217; the song that won Sanremo the 1993.<br \/>\nThe concert wants to be a sort of presentation of what the singer has become today, without forgetting the beginnings of the little girl by Solarolo.<br \/>\nThe concert takes place at the Mostra d&#8217;Oltremare.
