Rice<br \/>\n100 gr. Flour<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1625\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/frittelle-.jpg\" alt=\"frittelle\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><br \/>\n50 gr. Sultanas<br \/>\n1 cinnamon stick<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n4 tablespoons sugar<br \/>\n4 tablespoons rum<br \/>\ngrated rind of 1 lemon<br \/>\n30 gr. yeast<br \/>\na pinch of salt<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1626\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/frittelle2-gr.jpg\" alt=\"frittelle2 gr\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/frittelle2-gr.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/frittelle2-gr-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preparation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">&#8211; Cook rice in milk with lemon peel, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">&#8211; As soon as it is \u201cal dente\u201d, remove from heat and let it cool.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">&#8211; Add the liqueur, egg yolks, flour, sugar and yeast.
