The love for it, makes any reipe tasty and even beautiful to look at.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>pasta (fresh fettuccine, penne, spaghetti\u2026), 200 gr.<br \/>\nfresh salmon fillet skinned, 100 gr.<br \/>\nyogurt, 1 tablespoon<br \/>\nlemon juice, 1 \/ 2 tablespoon<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1377\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta5.jpg\" alt=\"pasta5\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><br \/>\nsalmon eggs, 1 \/ 2 tablespoon<br \/>\nbutter, 20 gr.<br \/>\nsalt and pepper, enough.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Chop into small pieces the fillet of salmon.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add salt.<br \/>\n&#8211; Season with freshly ground pepper.<br \/>\n&#8211; Melt some butter, not all of it in a large pan that will be used later for the pasta.<!--more--><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1378\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta4.jpg\" alt=\"pasta4\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><br \/>\n&#8211; Add the lemon juice.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add in the pieces of salmon.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cook for a few minutes, mixing frequently.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bring to a boil the salted water.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add the pasta into the boiling water.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add the yogurt to the salmon and heat it.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add the remaining butter.<br \/>\n&#8211; Adjust the sauce with salt.<br \/>\n&#8211; Drain the pasta when they are \u201cal dente\u201d.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1379\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta2.jpg\" alt=\"pasta2\" width=\"240\" height=\"180\" \/><br \/>\n&#8211; Add them to the sauce.<br \/>\n&#8211; Add pepper.<br \/>\n&#8211; Arrange the pasta in a serving dish and garnish them with the salmon eggs.<br \/>\n&#8211; Serve them hot.<\/p>\n<p>Photos from the album of: avlxyz, francescaV.com, Apremorca, onenjan, Andy Crave.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/holidays-in-tuscany\/florence-area\/city-of-florence\/hotels-in-florence\/\">Where to eat and stay in Italy.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An Italian recipe.
