200 gr. pasta<br \/>\n&#8211; 400 gr. of dried beans<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 gr. rind (if you like)<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 gr. butter<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 carrot<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 onion<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 stalk celery<br \/>\n&#8211; Chop celery, onion and carrot together;<br \/>\n&#8211; take a high-sided saucepan and melt the butter;<br \/>\n&#8211; then add the chopped vegetables and cook;<br \/>\n&#8211; then join the rind cut into pieces (if you like), tomato sauce, salt and pepper;<br \/>\n&#8211; after 4-5 minutes add the beans with 2 quarts of cold water and cook for 2 hours over low heat;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1125\" src=\"http:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta-efagioli8.jpg\" alt=\"pasta efagioli8\" width=\"240\" height=\"240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta-efagioli8.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.crossingitaly.net\/travel\/wp-content\/uploads\/pasta-efagioli8-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><br \/>\n&#8211;
