Cattolica is a town of about 15,600 inhabitants which is located in Emilia Romagna, in the province of Rimini.
Placed along the river Tavollo, it is one of the most famous summer resort in the region.
The origins of the village are very old and some believe that the town was founded in Roman times.
The economy depends mainly in the summer tourism.
