The coast of Ravenna, which is characterized by alluvial soils of the Po, is divided into Lidi ( Lido di Classe, Lido di Savio, Lido di Dante), which, during the summer, are full of tourists.
The Adriatic Coast is very famous for its hospitality and the impressive tourism infrastructure but on an industrial scale is no less famous for the port of Ravenna.
The coast is basically formed by a sandy shoreline, with at the back a beautiful pine forest which stretches almost continuously for all the Lido.
The dunes of the beach Bassona at Lido di Dante are worth a visit.
