The Hotel Manzoni is located a short distance from the town center and the sea, on a quiet road with little traffic. The small number of rooms, all with private services and balcony (arranged on three floors served by an elevator starting from the tavern and TV room), contributes to creating a familiar and cordial environment and allows the management to have a personalized relationship with its guests.

In addition to the parking and interior spaces, it is equipped with a large terrace where breakfast is served buffet style and a charming fenced garden that allows parents a tranquil stay and makes the hotel an especially suitable environment for serene family vacations. In Italy, the kitchen is the heart of a well managed hotel, and so their kitchen has always received particular attention and care, nurturing traditional �local dishes� as well as developing interesting and harmonious modern fare. This combined menu, together with the flexibility of the management, aims to please everyone�s palette and needs, including children�s menus. The bar and lounge are open throughout the day until late at night. Situated on a raised floor, and facing north-west, the dining room offers a cool and well ventilated place in which to enjoy meals. Accessed from the hotel and garden, the TV-hall has a satellite decoder. THey have bicycles available, some equipped with children's seats, to enable guests with easy access to the historic town or to visit neighbouring towns. They have both covered and uncovered free parking. The Beach 33 is approximately 100 yards from the hotel where cabins (beach-huts) are available. Umbrellas and sun beds may be hired from the beach attendant. On the beach they offer drinking water and games for children, together with hot showers and toilets. A baby-park, ping-pong, bowls and events for adults are also offered. Optional swimming lessons, for individuals or groups are also available for a small extra charge.
