The apartment in Rome is situated less than 1000 meters from the Vatican, on the top floor of a five story building. The building is situated at the foot of a hill, with beautiful foliage on one side and an outstanding view over the entire city from the other.

The building is also located at the edge of a park, and is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is easily accessible by underground train, from the Ottaviano stop only 500 meters away. The apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a kitchen, one bathroom, and a dining room. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second with a couch that converts to a double bed. The second bedroom can also possibly add an extra bed, in case five people are renting the flat. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking equipment, china and cutlery.
