Levanto is a town of old world charm and prices. It has a good beach, many shops and restaurants and is one train stop away from the Cinque Terre - making it the perfect base for trips to this region. Villa Margherita is a large family house built in the 1906, now owned and restored by the Campodonico family.

At Villa Margherita, they are multilingual: English, French, Spanish and, of course, Italian Each room at Villa Margherita is unique - decorated with old world antiques but still with the modern amenities: television, phone, private bath, comfortable beds. Some rooms have a private patio overlooking the Mediterranean sea. They also offer a vacation rental apartment in Villa Margherita on the ground level. This apartment is separate from the rest of the villa, with its own entrance and a private yard. The apartment is 2 bedroom/1 bathroom (one double room and one room with twin beds), approximately 65 square meters (650 square feet) with a telephone and TV with Italian channels (English language channels are available upstairs in the breakfast lounge). The kitchen is fully equipped. There is no sea view from the apartment, but there is a nice private garden with two big palm trees and sun beds and there are views from the garden. Villa Margherita has three large gardens on three different terraces. Each garden area has sun beds, chairs and tables so you can relax and enjoy the wonderful landscaping. Breakfast is included and may be taken in the breakfast room or outside in the garden.
