Palazzo Francesconi is a historical palace dating back to the early 15th century. Declared by the Italian Minister for Cultural Art as a building of "particular historical interest", it is located just steps from the historical city center of Siena, with a panoramic view of the entire city. This historical building is noted for the large garden situated around the premises, known as the "Lizza Gardens", which lends a bit of green to the city.
The �poque Residence offers a single elevator which connects the different flats, all equipped with air conditioning, autonomous heating system, satellite TV, safe, and all recently redesigned and restructured.
On the 3rd floor there are Granato, Diasro and Robino suite.
The 4th floor and Penthouse floor are finely designed with �poque furnishings, wooden log ceilings and hardwood and antique brick floors, the kitchen furnished with old fine wood.
The �Residenze d'Epoca Palazzo Coli Bizzarrini�, in the upper floors of the Palace, have been recently redesigned with air conditioning, autonomous heating and satellite TV.
