The Villa is located 17 kilometres south of Pisa and stands in a 6000 square private park, full of ancient pines and cypresses. It is in aa tranquil and peaceful spot, with fine panoramic views, yet the nearest village is just a couple of kilometres away by road.
It makes an excellent base for visiting the 'cities of art' - Florence, Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Pisa, etc., for making forays into the countryside of Tuscany and for visiting the coast - just twenty minutes by car.
There is a delightfully located pool for the use of guests as well as a smaller pool and various play areas for children.
The apartments have been restored with care, and still feature their original terracotta floors and exposed beamed ceilings.
Furnishings are traditionally simple, with rustic and antique furniture.
Each apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with double sofa-bed, an area for cooking and a bathroom with bath or shower.
