Though the Agriturismus is part of a bigger estate situated in Calcinaia where they grow sugar beets, sunflowers, and hard wheat. The main building is a magnificent 18th century Villa which was extensively refurbished during the 19th century. Attached to the Villa are two large farm buildings which have been turned into apartments and house.

Up the hills around it guests can find little homely restaurant, called trattorie, and enjoy the fresh air of the hills after sunbathing at the seaside or in the swimming pool. The apartments are situated in old houses carefully restructured in an ancient stile though have modern facilities; they are furnished with ancient Tuscan stile. These houses were all built in the 18th and 19th century thus have an old-world charm. All the apartments are independent, have their kitchen or kitchenette, bedrooms and bathroom. The apartments that surround the Garden of the Villa have free access and use of it; all the apartments have free use of the swimming pool from 15 may to 30 September.
