Felceto is an old farmhouse restored to its ancient aspect situated on a hill at the foot of Citt� della Pieve between Umbria and Tuscany.
It is surrounded by woods, cultivated fields, olive groves and vineyards.

Felceto is not far from A1 motorway (exit Fabro). From there you can easily reach the most important cultural and artistic centres of Tuscany and Umbria: Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Cortona, Arezzo. The farmhouse was inhabited by a family of Umbrian farmers whose main occupation was cultivating their land, picking up its hard-earned fruits. The house is now surrounded by a garden with oak-trees, mulberry-trees, laurels, maples and lime-trees. Felceto consists of two large apartments with independent entrance and garden. On the inside walls, the distemper is mixed with stone; the poor art furniture, the hand-made tapestry and a crackling fire complete the rooms with a fantastic atmosphere. Each apartment is equipped with kitchenware, dishes, crockery, Tv with VHS, electric oven, fridge, ironing board, toaster, espresso machine and international coffee machine, kitchen linen, bathroom and bed linen, first aid kit, washing machine, independent heating, fan, cordeless telephone. Each apartment consists of: living room with fireplace, kitchen or kitchenette, two double bedrooms with bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds and bathroom.
