The Agriturismo is situated on a farm where grain, sunflowers and olives are cultivated. There are 350 olive trees � Leccino, Frantoio and Moraiolo which make an excellent olive oil and 2 acres of Sangiovese and Trebbiano vines from which very good red and white wine is produced.
In the main building, after recent renovation, there are 6 varying sized apartments on 2 floors each with their own independent entrance.

Each apartment has a terrace with lovely views over the lake. 2 apartments are suitable for the handicapped and are intercommunicating. There is a large garden, illuminated at night, where guest and their children have complete freedom. All the apartments have their own independent heating system and in each sitting there is a fireplace. A large oven and 2 barbeques are available for everyone�s use in the gardenThe apartments are served by an aqueduct which is connected to a well that provides excellent drinking water. They are furnished with typically characteristic furniture and all the bed linen and household equipment is provided. A large swimming pool, 15 meters by 7meters, with a sun terrace is set in a panoramic position just 25 meters from the house. From Casafuma, Valfabbrica is only 4 kilometres away. Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia are all about 25 kilometres distance. Walking along wooded paths you can reach the Hamlet of Giomici and the river Chiacio basin. The Casafumata group of houses is especially adapted for families and for those who love nature and would like to spend a peaceful holiday with their own pets. The hamlet of Giomici is found in the earldom of Giomici just 2 kilometres from the border with the Duchy of Urbino. An ancient stone building thet dates from the 1700s can be seen in the centre of a vast hilly agricultural area. This large building, in typical Umbrian rural architecture, was built to incorporate an ancient watch tower and is found on the medieval road that originates from Assisi and makes its way to Gubbio along the river Chiascio. St. Francis used this rout many times. In the last 300 years the group of buildings has been enlarged and modified several times and has been home to many generation of farmers of the Vagni family. They lived a patriarchal life cultivating the fields, the grapevines and olives raising livestock in what was considered the richest farm in the area.
