In the middle of nature, only 2 km far from the Monte Tezio Natural Park, and one km away from the little village of Colle Umberto, ind the ancient residence of the Morlunghi Family.
The position of the estate is ideal: near pine and oak woods, interrupted here and there by villas and farms and, according to season, by fields of wheat, sunflowers and tobacco.
In the front garden, there is a large area with furniture and games for small children.
Guests can play volley ball, football and tennis table, or relax in the pool (14x7 mt), or on the beach chair under the cool shade of an umbrella, and in the evening they can enjoy outside dinners with our barbecues.
The entire complex is made up of several apartments, all of them comfortable and spacious.
There is a telephone that guests may use in common, as the washing-machine. Large parking-place is available.
