The hotel is located 800 meters far from the center of the town, and 400 meters far from the rocky coast. It consists of 72 mini apartments, all elegantly furnished with a kitchnette and supplied with air conditioning, fridge, telephone, Tv and private bathroom; and of 26 traditional hotel rooms, these also modern furnished and all supplied with air conditioning, mini-bar, phone, Tv and private bathroom. Two bars and a restaurant complete the reception structure.

An important part of the Green Hotel is the sport equipment, in fact it has one of the best fitness center of the city, with equipments and qualified instructors that are a warranty of reliability and that gives a service unusual to find in other hotels. An "indor" swimming pool allows guests to bath also in winter time, maybe enjoying one of those sunny days that are liklely to be found in this part of the island. A Finnish sauna and a UVA cabinet completes the sport activities.
