The dazzlingly white Masseria �Il Frantoio� rises up in the countryside of Ostuni and is only a short car journey from the sea. It is in the heart of Puglia, a region with a mild and pleasant climate all year round.
Most of the guest rooms are in the nineteenth century part of the house and are furnished with beautiful antiques and a great deal of care. Away from the bedrooms, it is in the kitchen that they do all they can to familiarise guests with the gastronomic delights of our generous land.

With their high ceilings, large windows, en-suite bathrooms and original antique furniture of the house, the 8 guest rooms are utterly charming. Each room is different from the next, they all have their original nineteenth century tiled floors and extremely comfortable wrought iron or wooden beds. Out of all the wonderful things guests can do in and around �Il Frantoio� one of the more noteworthy and recent options is the San Domenico golf course which is only 15 Km�s away or they could hire a boat with a skipper and go exploring the wonders of the coast.
