The Restaurant is located in Positano, one of the most well known resort on the Amalfitan Coast.
Salvatore Barba, the Executive Chef and Owner of the restaurant has been crafting his culinary skills since 1980. After graduating from the Culinary Institute in Naples, he decided to follow the family tradition and become the Executive Chef of his restaurant. He began preparing and serving new and delightful regional meals.
After opening his own cooking school in the year 2000, Salvatore has also been the chef coordinator for many American restaurant chains. Every year he travels throughout the United States to teach Italian cooking, wine, and culture.
