Located in a beautiful pine park and characterised by antique furniture, the Grand Hotel Villa Fiorio is an aristocratic villa surrounded by the splendour of the Roman Castles just a few minutes far from the most beautiful city of the world. In the garden there is also a wonderful swimming pool, ideal for pleasant relaxing moments. The Villa located precisely between Frascati and Grottaferrata, was built at the beginning of the 20th century as a private residence and only later, in the 50s it was refurbished into a hotel.

The Villa has been recently restored in order to be equipped with ample and welcoming salons which are ideal for elegant ceremonies and important business meetings. At present, the hotel is composed of 21 rooms and 3 suites which are different only in antique pieces of furniture and elegant drapery. All rooms and suites are supplied with all comforts enjoying a picturesque view on Rome or on the hotel private park. The restaurant �I Gelsomini�, which faces the private park of the Villa, welcomes its guests in a warm and elegant atmosphere which is rendered even more sophisticated by the presence of ancient mirrors and luminous glass windows. In the menu offered by the restaurant are the best dishes of the Italian tradition our chefs make them high quality and original by using first-rate ingredients mixed in a unique and imaginative way.
